Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with every Poltex order. This policy explains how returns, replacements and refunds work.

Returns - 30 days: You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging (full, unopened case packs where applicable). To start a return, contact us at info@poltexint.com or +1 864-659-0017 with your order number. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping: For returns of correct, undamaged items, the customer pays the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: Please inspect your order on arrival and tell us about any damaged, defective or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery, with photos if possible. We will replace them or refund you, and we cover the return shipping.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to post the refund.

Exchanges: The fastest way to get a different item or size is to return the original item and place a new order.
